I recently bought a scooter for my elderly nan from Louis at Norfolk mobility scooters.
What an absolute delight it was to deal with Louis. I rang up during in the week to talk to him about my nans needs and he was very helpful in directing me on what scooter to get for her. He then invited me to there brand new shop in Wroxham which was a very pleasant experience, I was able to take my Nan there and he very kindly let her test a few scooters out to see which she preferred.
I didn’t think the experience could get much better until he said he’d deliver the scooter to her house and run her through everything.
